Thanks to the piezo technique and PRF membranes, recovery is significantly faster than with classic rhinoplasty — no nasal packing, minimal bruising. The splint is worn for 10 days, after which most patients return to normal activities. Swelling subsides within 10–14 days, and the final result forms gradually over 6–12 months.

Yes — thanks to the piezo technique we work without nasal packing, which means breathing is freer from the very first day. In the first few weeks a mild feeling of congestion may be present due to swelling, but this passes as recovery progresses. Most patients are surprised by how quickly normal breathing returns.

Yes — rhinoplasty is often combined with septoplasty (correction of a deviated nasal septum) in one anaesthetic. Many patients who come for aesthetic reasons discover they can simultaneously resolve a functional breathing problem. Yes — rhinoplasty can be combined with most facial procedures we perform. Younger patients most often combine it with ear correction, lipofilling or brow lift. Older patients more frequently choose a combination with facelift, blepharoplasty and lipofilling. Combining in one anaesthetic reduces overall recovery time and costs.

It depends on what you want — and both are completely valid. Some patients arrive with a clear desire for visible change: removing a hump, lifting the tip, reshaping proportions. Others want a subtle correction that only those who know them well will notice.
